By accessing or using the Battuta web portal or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Fares

All flight ticket fares and room rates are subject to dynamic changes prior to final payment confirmation. Fare locks or quotes are governed strictly by carrier rules.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation charges, change fees, and non-refundable tickets are subject to airline fare conditions and service policy rules.

4. Travel Documents & Visas

Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, entry visas, health requirements, and ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months from travel date).

5. Limitation of Liability

Battuta OTA functions as an intermediary travel agent and shall not be held liable for flight delays, schedule adjustments, lost baggage, or operational disruptions caused directly by service providers.
